Covid19 Contract Annex (updated August 2020)

TheLightFull Studio is Covid19 compliant

To decrease the risk of being infected and to avoid inconveniences related to the 14 days of self isolation by those who have come into contact with a person with Covid19 symptoms:

Noone with Covid–19 symptoms is allowed to come into the studio.
The studio owner or anyone else acting on their behalf, won’t be present personally before, during and after the hire, unless other arrangements are made with the Hirer.
The Hirer will be able to call or text the studio owner in any case and at any time during their hire.
There is only one session in the studio per day or breaks between hires are at least 2 hours long.
This way it’s easier to keep the studio immaculately clean, well aired, sanitised and safe for the Hirer and others.
The contract will be signed online, no later than 24 hours before the session time, using professional software.
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the session is run in line with the current health and safety legislation.
TheLightFull Ltd takes no responsibility for the health and safety of the Hirer and other participants of the session.
If there is any exceptional applicable law such as quarantine safety rules, the Hirer is solely responsible to obey it.
Any costs resulted from not obeying the existing law by the Hire and their team lies with the Hirer.
TheLightFull Studio does not take any responsibility if the Hirer or a member of their team contradicts Covid–19 during the studio hire.
