Travelling up the coast, you'll enjoy an extraordinary and varied coastline with dunes, harbours (La Vanlée, Regnéville and St–Germain–sur–Ay), coastal towns, where you can stroll, practice fishing, and enjoy excellent local gastronomy.
You can hop over to the islands of Chausey, Jersey, Guernsey, Sark (many daily maritime connections from Granville or Barneville–Carteret)

– further north
A detour to the Moulin de Vauville the Osmonville biscuit factory is essential and we mustn't forget Barneville–Carteret, La Pointe de la Hague, Le Nez de Jobourg, Auderville and its renowned restaurant 'La Malle aux épices', Port Racine, smallest port in europe and then Cherbourg, its ferry terminal and La Cité de la Mer.

Going down you will discover Le Val de Saire, Le Phare de Gatteville, Barfleur, St–Vaast–la–Hougue and then Sainte–Mère Eglise and the famous landing beaches and the American cemetery of Colleville–sur–Mer and Memorial of Caen.
